I have attended some of Claire's group yoga sessions and really enjoyed them. When I saw that there was retreat, I knew it would be special and it was. Claire creates a beautifully gentle space and guides you through the different activities (yoga, Journal entries, sound healing with some reiki). Following the session I felt so calm and peaceful and this continued into the following days. My sleep was amazing and my soul felt peaceful. x
