Brevin Care has been fantastic for me in a crisis when my partner relapsed. By caring for her at home our lives were not disrupted as they have been in the past through hospital admissions. All the staff I dealt with through Brevin Care were the height of discretion. They gave us a compassionate service adapted to our needs at the time and helped get my partner back on her feet. Cannot thank them enough for that

I contacted Brevin to help us with a family member's depression issues. We had been trying to get clarity on the problem fro over 2 years but had no success as we felt like we were being bounced around by the 'specialists' we had been with. Brevin quickly assessed the situation a had a full mental health team placed at home within 3 days.

We have had continued input from them over the last year and I am pleased to say that the result has been outstanding. They way they managed the care has been excellent.

Terrible company. The Head of Clinical Operations (PB) is awful. They always have an (inadequate) excuse for their inability to provide the service which they are contracted to do. They repeatedly don't fill the shifts they are supposed to. Some of the staff they have provided have been terrible - abusive and dangerous to the person they are supposed to be caring for. Staff have also not turned up to work or cancelled last minute. Claimont just shrugs and says, sorry we couldn't find staffing, leaving the person they are supposed to be helping in an extremely vulnerable position, and they wonder why the family and the person in need get upset and frustrated with them. They have no respect for the family they are working with and their communication is dire.

I know that recently they didn't even pay their own staff on time! The staff member had to threaten not to work in order to get paid. They have had a lot of their own staff leave - I wonder why?!!!!!

I would NOT recommend using this company.

The Brevin group has been amazing and Breandains help was like a guardian angel. I have recommended his services and the Brevin group to other patients we have met in the hospital. Dealing with mental health can be really difficult and having the Brevin group and Breandain help made the whole process a lot easier and we wouldn't have managed to deal with anything without their help.
