Please do not use this agency they have a carer whose has stolen my brothers personal belongings and documents he is a disabled man and this agency has not done anything to help the situation the mental stress they have caused my brother he has lost his important sentimental things in which this carer has stolen it went missing the day the carer was on shift please refrain your life from this agency the carers they send will come into your home will steal things which is unacceptable police have been informed. This is the worst agency who do not care for their residents all they want is to be paid the mental stress they have caused my brother it is imhumane we do not know how we can trust any carer again.........this carer has mentally traumatised my brother by stealing please do not think about using this agency save your ill relatives and friends.

Instead of feeling supported, I my myself constantly having to double-check their work and advocate for the basic needs of the person under their care. simply unacceptable, and it only added to the stress of an already challenging situation. I believe in giving feedback to help improve services, but unfortunately, my attempts to address these issues were met with even more rudeness and defensiveness. It's disappointing that a care provider, whose primary role is to assist and support, can treat clients with such disrespect. I strongly advise anyone seeking care services to think twice before considering this provider. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall disregard for their clients' well-being make them an unfortunate choice for those in need of genuine care and support.
