This has got to be the worst chemist in Eccles perhaps the worst in Manchester they very rarely answer the phone and on the rare occasion that they do they put you on hold for upwards of ten minutes and then cut you off I have personally experienced this shoddy service

By far the best chemist in Eccles, we all need to go to the place at some point in life and I was welcomed by Naseer, who always has a smile on his face 😊 then my C. O. P. D. Medication was not there, which I really need to to breathe and Yousaf and Shiema we're extremely helpful in resolving the issue thank god, always a joy to use, thank you for your support for this community 🙏🙏🙏😎

After an emergency, I needed a pharmacy quickly and late in the evening. After checking Google I was directed to this pharmacy. It turns out that this pharmacy doesn't have any form of late or emergency hours for dispensing drugs. I wasted precious time travelling to it for no reason. This shop needs to change its details, so no one else is mislead.

Amazing service, staff located an incorrectly delivered prescription and arranged for it to be available for collection from them. As it was early closing day they offered an alternative collection point. I am extremely grateful for their help.

Useless chemist. Many problems,, don't answer the phone in the afternoons. giving me wrong medication, giving me medication which I don't need.. Telling me my medication are ready to collect. I walk there then told it's not ready, come back. The latest - need emergency dressings for a foot ulcer and antibiotics. . request went in on a Tuesday, called Thursday, it's all here but I've not had time to order the dressings.. Come Friday, went on Friday, it's not ready, we don't have most of the items.. Can i come back, no. We will deliver later. Waited and waited, called them , so you want a delivery, yes.. We still don't have the dressings and don't know when we will. . Had to call doctor who made an emergency appointment right away at the hospital, ( I'm diabetic, ulcerated foot down to the bone). Went hospital got my medication but no dressings, had to buy them £50 online, I get free prescriptions. Chemist did final give me my tablets in the end .. Gone to another chemist.
