Admin staffs are very kind,helpful and easy to approach.
Doctors are very efficient and right to the point .

All my repeat prescription, follow up and hospital referral done on time.

Worst surgery in the borough without a doubt. Little wonder they were rated the second worst surgery in the whole Borough. I wanted to register with them purely because they are close to me and was told it could take up to 2 weeks for a registration to be processed. 4 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. I phoned at the end of the second week to be told only one doctor can deal with the registrations and he hasn't dealt with mine. They can also be very rude on the phone. Anyway this surgery is incompetent shoddy and just rude at best. If they didn't want to register me they should have done the decent thing and told me instead of just completely ignoring me. Strangely another surgery I have now registered with last Thursday had me registered and set up by the following day on the Friday!! I think I should count my lucky stars Church Road surgery is so awful and they didn't register me because they're clearly useless and before even having my first GP appointment, they made it clear they wanted to change and take me off my medication and they didn't know my medical history at all to be making such rediculous demands at that point.

I have been attending this surgery for more than 30 years, either on my own behalf or for my parents. I have always found the medical service and treatment provided by the doctors and other medical staff to be excellent.

Some years ago, there was room for improvement with the administration of the practice. But the standard recently has been very high indeed. The reception and admin staff are exceptionally helpful, polite and efficient. Requests for medical attention are dealt with promptly and appropriately with very good follow up communications regarding appointments, prescriptions, repeat vaccinations and check ups and so forth. Highly recommended.

Why is this surgery covered with flags and other political paraphernalia? A GP surgery should be a neutral space. Whoever owns this surgery dose not have a wright to bombard people attending this medical facility with their politics. People with mental and physical issues should not be subjected to this against their will. I have complained about this in the past but to no avail. Please remove all this political paraphernalia and return this surgery to the neutral space that it used to be.

worst GP i have ever been to. Avoid it at all costs. I told them I’be been having a painful infection for the past 2 weeks which got to the point that i can barely hear anything, with blood tests showing that something is wrong, she tells me i can wait 2 more weeks for an appointment “as it s not like it s urgent”. On a previous time the doctor sent me home to hydrate” after coming there with a 40° fever. I have never met such disinterested people who could not care less about their patients. If you want to be treated well and stay healthy, avoid this place.
Update: very interesting to see how they can, in fact, find spaces for appointments after you write them a bad review. And then very interesting to see how they laugh in your face when you tell them you can`t wait 3 weeks for another needed appointment while you`re bleeding. Inhuman treatment from the receptionists.

My overall experience has been quite good. The receptionist are polite and when I eventually get to talk to a doctor they have been very good.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact I'm currently having to wait three weeks for a blood test as the nurse only visits the practice 2 days a week. Come on guys, that's really not good enough.
