I have had a wonderful experience at this GP practice. My health concerns are always taken seriously, and I feel genuinely heard during my appointments.

Dr. James and Dr. Hussain stand out as exceptional physicians; they are incredibly caring, thorough in their examinations, and insightful in their approach to diagnosis and treatment. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all my questions gives me great confidence in my care.

However, there is one aspect that could use improvement: occasionally, the reception staff can come across as unfriendly, which can be off-putting. Overall, it's a great practice, but a little more warmth from the front desk would enhance the experience even further.

I am amazed at the comments concerning the reception staff. My husband and I have been with the practice several years and have never had anything but praise for the staff. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen

I have been there so many time and i loved the services provided by them but i dont like the way receptionist treat people, they are so rude even when we called to request them for prescription and try to book an appointment they didn't listen properly and hurry to hang out phone. Reason for 4 starts and i believe Need to improvise on receptionist behaviour.

I have been with another medical centre for most of my life and changed to Church Lane when I moved somewhere nearby.
I’ve honestly had fantastic experiences there myself! Having been around 4 times recently for various reasons I have been dealt with kindly and efficiently.
I will name Molly and Lily as brilliant members of staff whom have made me feel welcome and have attended to my needs swiftly and confidently, I used to have a worry for calling the doctors as you half expect to be treat as though you’re an issue (old medical centre mainly, of course) but the two ladies have made me feel very comfortable and have provided a pleasant experience on all occasions, when either answer the phone I know I’ll be taken care of to the best of their abilities and although you’d never be particular overjoyed about going to a medical centre I rest easier when I know I’ll be contacting them as they have been respectful, and having said so to them they’re surprised, which shows humility, a great quality for those who work with ‘customers’ I suppose you might say. Commendable service every time!

First time visiting the practice today - Booking the appointment I had was easy. Receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly, the nurse I have seen is the kindest lady who was also so friendly and reassuring. Lovely team x

First of all I'm extremely upset, but Im only giving this place a five because i understand its Dr Hussain business and I must say he's an absolute amazing Doctor, he works so hard and so do the rest of the dr's ... However Im truly upset about the receptionist behaviour, its not just one but it seems to be a lot of them. They're so rude. Except for this one male receptionist, he seems to be the only kind one there.

I spoke to one today and I understand all calls are recorded so I will not let it go, I am going to complain to the GMC because its not on. Its my life on the line.

I told her i have an on going infection and Im at risk of sepsis because the last time i was denied an appointment at the GP my infection spread to my kidney and i got sepsis where i ended up in hospital. no fun at all.

I told the receptionist I need more antibiotics as my pervious one did not work... Surly I could have been added to duty or squeezed in or when Doctor does his/her round she could have told them then and the DR could have decided, but no she wanted to act like a DR today

Ive worked in a gp surgery myself so i would know its possible, instead she told me to go a&e, even my midwife told me that was not right to say because i dont have sepsis now so its not an emergency but thanks to this silly receptionist maybe ill end up getting ill tonight.

I think the receptionists need to do training I dont think they understand how severe and fast sepsis can spread.

The receptionist I spoke to today needs to be fired. Expect a call from gmc
