I’ve been going to Chris for over a year now after an accident I had where I hurt my shoulder. In the months after the accident and after receiving treatment from Chris , I found a steady improvement in my range of movement and was soon back to normal.

I’ve always suffered from back problems due to heavy lifting at work, but since I have been regularly seeing Chris I have noticed a huge difference in the pain levels and wish I had got help for it earlier!

I've been struggling with a bad back for 4 to 5 years now. Disturbed sleep headaches and sometimes unable to walk. I tried fire cupping dry needling and deep tissue massages which did help but not cure my problem. I stumbled upon chris online and liked his proffesional appearance so booked my first appointment. Chris fitted me in very quickly and to suit my busy work schedule. Let's just say I walked out after my first visit and almost danced down the road like a new man. I've now had 4/5 appointments and am more or less fully mobile and pain free no more headaches and sleeping like a baby! 100% recommend chris brilliant guy brilliant service!
