Called last minute for a Chinese Massage. Amazing deep tissue massage and targeted my problem areas. Masseuse was lovely and I can tell she was very busy & on the phone taking appointments during the massage. I would still come again

Quite shocked at their rude manner on the telephone. I called to book me and my mum in for a massage on a Monday at around 6pm. Was told they do not have availability and said it’s better to come early morning, which is fine. I said I would need to check with my mum and would call back, as soon as I said this, the lady hung up on me. Looking at reviews, others have had the same experience. What a shame, due to the disrespectful telephone manner we will not be using their services now or ever.

I contacted to request an appointment and find out availability but I was told "sorry fully booked" which I totally understand that there wasn't availability for the dates and times I requested but when I asked them as a follow up what their next availability was, I was met with a blunt two word response of "sorry busy". Poor levels of communication and customer service. I wont be attempting to use their services again.

I took a chance this morning and tried to book a last minute massage and I’m SO glad that I did. The lady was friendly, she made me feel comfortable and I received a wonderful massage! Unfortunately I could only be squeezed in for an hour, next visit I will book for an hour and a half. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend The Chinese Wellness Centre.

I have just been to Mary for a deep tissue massage. Mary was very good! She’s so friendly and chatty, I had the awkward silences you get from other places. She knew the areas on my back and shoulders which needed more attention and suggested some cupping. I had been in agony for a few days and she’s definitely helped!! I highly recommended!

Such a fantastic massage- I always went out of town but after reviewing great reviews I gave this a try. Wow.. Mary really worked on my tensed shoulders and back.. really friendly and lovely lady too. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage.. I usually have to ask to go deeper but Mary knew what she was doing and all the right pressure points it felts so good. I will be now going back again soon. Worth it. The only issue I would say is she wouldn't stop talking- when I'm trying to relax.. I even took my hearing aid off to give a subtle hint and she wants to still have full on conversation. That's the only thing I would change as it's important to switch off..when eyes are closed to respect that.. and stop asking questions. My honest feedback

I have just had the best Chinese Traditional massage from Marie, who is truly an expert and cares about you and tailors the massage session for your needs. I had terrible pain in my neck and upper back and she did give me a magical massage that eased my pain right away and energised me and made me feel alive. It was exactly what I needed and so much better than any other types of massages I had in my life. It was also the best Chinese Traditional massage. What a way to start the Chinese New Year! ? Thanks so much! I'm so grateful for this experience and will definitely come back as often as I can!

Booked a last minute massage after having little sleep due to back neck shoulder issues .omg amazing went in feeling about 80 came out feeling 30 .Mary was lovely very good at her job and I feel the best I have in a long time . Thank you I will be back next month !!!
