Chi-Ki Monkey Fitness & Wellbeing

One of my friends had recommended Louis and Chi-Ki Monkey. I decided to treat myself to a hot lava shell massage (that I've never had before) and it was absolutely incredible- the best massage I've ever had by far!!?Louis is so talented, knowledgable and really put me in a deep relaxed state. The treatment room is so tranquil and calm, I can't wait to return for my next treatment. Thank you so much ?

Highly recommended; from energising fitness classes to relaxing holistic therapy treatments. Louis is the hardest working person I know, constantly bettering himself and expanding his work. His fitness classes now have people that have been attending for years simply because no other instructor compares. His therapy business has gone from strength to strength and I'm sure that will only improve as time goes on. Throw in too what a lovely person he is, there's really no hesitations.

Louis and I studied together in Complementary Therapy about 4 years and ago and when I'm 'broken' and in need a massage, I go to him. I've had both Sports and Lava Shell Massage with Louis and have always left feeling 'fixed' :-) Louis is very knowledgeable and has a great healing touch.

Louis is a fantastic instructor, he has amazing energy and his classes are always great fun. You always leave with a big smile on your face but know you've worked hard.

Louis is well qualified and experienced in the treatments he offers at his studio/treatment room and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic Zumba classes, great music, great routines, brilliant energy from Louis, a great way to have fun and burn loads of calories.. highly recommend !!!!
