My first experience at the Osteopaths after my initial interaction with one of the osteopaths there regarding a client (I’m a PT).

Great location, residential and easy to park, not too far from the train.

The practice is easy to find, booking is very efficient and professional.

Loved my initial assessment with George, he was calm clear and explained everything after first detailing my physical history.

The treatment was to alleviate symptoms of lower back pain and glute pain and was fairly comfortable, nothing to be afraid of.

I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a very bad neck for several months,I tried everything but nothing worked, I thought that I had not choice but to accept that I had to learn to live with the pain.

My son, recommend me to contact this clinic as he had found them very helpful in the past.

I saw Lisa twice in May and she was incredible, my neck does not hurt anymore, I was able to enjoy my son's wedding and I haven't taken any painkillers for my neck since then, I feel happy again. So far, so good

What a fantastic clinic. Having been experiencing a stiff neck, shoulder and hip pain recently I decided to take the plunge (have been meaning to see someone for ages !) and booked in with Gemma - she is fab - so welcoming, helpful, calming and knowledgeable. Going to need a few sessions and she has given me stretches to do in between. Feeling so much better already after one session. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Gemma at Chertsey Osteopathic Clinic. She is absolutely fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective. What sets her apart is how she takes the time to talk through everything she’s doing, making sure you understand the treatment and feel completely at ease.

Gemma uses a variety of techniques tailored to your needs, whether it’s hands-on osteopathy, acupuncture, or electrodynamic therapy. She always finds the right approach and adapts as necessary. I’ve seen her for a number of different issues, and each time she’s helped me recover quickly and properly, often giving me strengthening exercises to support my long-term health.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Gemma has fixed me more times than I can count due to horse riding accidents! —. Gemma is genuinely one of the best in her field.

The advice she gave me for my son is invaluable and we can’t wait for our next session with her. I have been trying to find a good osteopath for a while now and I finally found one! She is excellent

Had my first osteopath appointment yesterday and I cannot actually believe how incredible I’m feeling today. Gemma is extremely knowledgeable, she explained everything so well and so many interesting things that make absolute sense now. Highly recommend Gemma! She worked so well with my 6 year old son, making him feel in control and listened to at all times. He couldn’t wait to return for his next/last visit. Gemma is a big believer in only giving treatment where needed so isn’t going to get you back in, if it is not needed.

I was unfortunately hugely disappointed in the hygiene of my treatment. As the previous client left, George changed the paper sheet on the bed, however the pillow used had no covering over it and was the same one used as the previous client covered in hairs. George did not wash or sanitise his hands/wear gloves which I found extremely disgusting and was not ok with this and expected the basic hygiene protocols to have been followed to say the least. There was lots of hairs on the chair that I was seated on (not sure if animal hairs?)
Not happy or even remotely satisfied with the service or hygiene standard’s I experienced and had to shower immediately as I got home. I would not recommend George/ clinic to anyone and definitely regret spending my hard earned money on such a waste of time and no relief. I have been to osteopath’s in previous years and never experienced a service so poorly. I had high expectations based on your reviews and am not one to usually leave negative reviews, but I was hugely shocked and don’t want anyone to waste their money as I did. Gemma has not compensated me in anyway and has accused me of lying with these alligations stating how everything is cleaned ‘everyday’ obviously not after every client!!! Just be careful before you spend your money, as the treatment was nothing more than 10minutes of a wasted massage of the neck that has brought no ease or comfort. Absolutely disgusting service, treatment and customer service!
