I was trying to download the NHS app this afternoon and I didn't have my passport to hand, the other option was to obtain my registration details from the surgery. So I rang the reception and asked politely for my registration details, for which she replied rudely ' what do you mean by your registration details?'. I was offended and explained to her that that I need them for the NHS app. Working on the reception she should have been aware of that. Throughout the 1 or 2 minute conversation she was unpleasant and spoke in a rude manner with no fault of mine. I do not know how such people get jobs where they have to deal with people and help them. I think it's racial because of my accent.

My GP at Chertsey Health Centre received a request from a Doctor at St Peters A&E to refer me ASAP/URGENTLY for a gastroscopy. I find out 4 weeks later that they haven't bothered sending the referral at all. It seems that this practice decides for themselves who is entitled to treatment, and because I have previously taken Mounjaro, they decided that I am not worthy of that treatment. The GPs at this practice are playing God with patients health, and believe they have the right to withhold necessary treatment.
I have put in a complaint, which they haven't even bothered to acknowledge.

Great GP
Having moved to the outskirts of Chertsey I was accustomed to a similar poor service that many have experienced by their GPs
Chertsey Health Centre has been great. Like GPs used to be.
Keep up the good work!!

Nothing is too much for this GP surgery. Had multiple appointments between myself and my partner in the past year- all brilliant experiences.

The online form to book appointments is so handy and user friendly- broken down into easy sections and generous space to write (only downside is must submit from 8am ideally and then may be closed a couple of hours later due to capacity reached- but I know most places are like this).

The team are brilliant and so responsive- I always get a same day response- in fact usually within 1-2 hrs maximum.

The doctors are wonderful (have seen at least 4 of them). They are so knowledgable, responsive, friendly, and professional. I always feel like the only patient there!

Love this GP surgery and so happy and blessed I chose them. As a healthcare professional myself I can recognise high quality services and care.

Keep up the amazing work team!

This is the worst GP practice at the moment. You cannot phone and make an appointment for the next day, you cannot speak to a Doctor. Every excuse under the sun is given by reception as to why you cannot make an appointment. You are stopped by the receptionist from doing anything. If I could put no star in the rating I would this practice is pathetic

I have lived in the area for only a few years and and have needed to have contact with the centre twice since registering. On both occasions, I have to say the staff have been excellent - responsive, proactive, and caring. The GPs and nurses have shown a willingness to go above above and beyond and are a credit to our NHS. Thank you Chertsey Health Centre.

Amazing service. Polite reception staff, always helpful. Always had same day appointment when fill form online in the morning (the forms are so useful and easy to follow, allow you to put key information on there). All doctors are so helpful and attentive.
So happy and comfortable here as a new patient. Keep up the amazing work.

While they are very busy, Chertsey HC have always called back to triage a concern about my kids and then brought them in on the same day when they have been unwell, when I found a lump, I was seen on the same day and referred to the hospital within 2 weeks. For a busy GP they are excellent and do the best they can with the resources they have.
