I was suffering with what I thought was a painful hip problem, after contacting Gar, explaining my situation, he was prompt in helping me out. On my first appointment, Gar was understanding, professional and listened to me, which put me at ease straight away. Turns out that I had a bulging disc in the lower back which was causing referred pain into the hip/groin area. After 3 - 4 weeks of gentle treatment, I feel more mobility and the pain has eased immensely. Thank you I would not go anywhere else in the future and recommend Gar very highly.
