I came to the hospital with a chap I'm caring for. There was a bit of a mix up with transportation for the return journey and with the chap's medication. I spoke to a wonderful receptionist who sorted out the transport, managed to get the appropriate medication and even got us lunch. That's excellent customer service and I'm sorry I can't recall her name but she really did go the extra mile for us today 😀

Excellent hospital, I couldn’t thank the staff more. We turned up with a medical emergency at 10pm on 29th March 2024, the staff were fantastic and saved a life of a young boy. The nurses and the porter made us feel comfortable and safe, even know they were shut at 10pm they helped us to make sure he got the right medical attention.

This is a review of the Retreat cafe inside the hospital. lovely homemade cakes exceptional value for money free parking. Home made cakes at giveaway prices, don't tell anyone this is one of the best kept secrets around the person who served me was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very good community hospital. Staff look after you. No casualty department.
Has a Cafe. Which you can get a card for they stamp,every so many drinks you buy. You will get one free.[Only open to 6PM.]

So clean, I just wish the domestic staff in the other ABHA hospitals, worked to the same standard.
Constant traffic but always clean.

At first we thought the care of are mother was good only to find they cudnt wait to hv our mother moved for being out of catchment to move someone like my mother who has dementia and who we struggled to get to hospital was totally against was was best for her health she has gone down hill so much since this happened to her this week and is being moved again today and to be told it was all about money caring hospital I don't think so when my mother went in here we were told by the staff that she would definitely not be leaving until every possible thing would be done to help her what a joke
