Sonia is hands down the best facialist I’ve been to. I went to her after my skin was badly burned from the sun and didn’t know how it would heal, but from the moment I arrived I was put at ease. Sonia’s knowledge of the face is next-level, she really understands how to read the skin and respond to what it needs, rather than just following a set routine. She explained everything clearly, tailored the treatment perfectly, and I could already see and feel the difference after just one oxygen session (and have already been back for a second). My skin is more hydrated and already visibly healing. I’m so glad I found her, I’ll definitely be coming back regularly now that I know how much of a difference proper care makes. Highly recommend.

I booked in with Sonia for a lip treatment, that she explained would not give an exaggerated plump effect. This natural rehydation technique works with your skin to rejuvenate your lips. The treatment was comfortable and the effect is excellent. I have booked in for two more sessions to complete the course and bought a super glossy lipstick to show off my lovely lips.
Sonia is so kind and the ultimate professional. I had been through a particularly stressful time, so Sonia recommended Alpha Stim therapy during the lip treatment. I found it soothing for my anxiety and that night I slept well for the first time in ages.

I lost a lot of weight due to illness and was left with crepey thin skin under my eyes. I felt that I still looked tired and unwell despite gaining weight again, so decided to explore ways to improve the appearance and decided to try Tixel treatment.
There were some clinics much closer to home in London, but I didn't get a good vibe from them at the consultations.
Sonia was in a completely different league, she was kind enough to give me a call and explain everything in detail.
I liked that she gave me realistic expectations based upon my young skin with a slight improvement since my issue was minimal, compared to someone older who would have wrinkles and more visible results.
Due to my Mediterranean skin type, she recommended me using some Vitamin C lightening serum to avoid the risk of pigmentation after treatment.
I decided to chose Cheltenham Skin & Facials based upon the professional and friendly approach I had.
Parking was easy at the location and it was a lovely little cosy clinic set up. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Sonia was and also very thorough going through my previous medical history and allergies.
The treatment itself felt quite warm but strangely relaxing. Now and then it was like sharp stamp sensation (even though there were no needles involved).
I was given a little pot of cleanser to take home, and I purchased some moisturiser cream for my under eyes since I didn't have anything suitable at home.
The aftercare was top class. Sonia made contact with me each day to check up on the healing, progress and make sure I remembered what to do. Fortunately I had very minimal downtime.
I was advised that I may need a few sessions for optimum results, however it's been 3 months so far and just after 1 session my eyes look amazing.
