Further to major surgery on my ankle I was referred to Hayley to progress my recovery. From my initial consultation it was clear that Hayley was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable providing a clear plan for progression whilst explaining the exercise programme and what would be achieved. The focus is not only on physical recovery Hayley was aware of the need to understand how I was coping as an individual due the constraints imposed further to my surgery. My treatment plan has progressed into acupuncture for pain management due to end-stage arthritis - this lady has many skills! Needless to say I’m extremely fortunate to have been referred and wholeheartedly recommend.

In June last year I broke my left leg (Tibular and Fibula) and had to have a cage fitted. This was removed in the October and I was told that I would not need any physio. However my ankle kept swelling which I mentioned to a friend and she thankfully recommended Hayley to me. I am beyond grateful that she did as Hayley has completely sorted the swelling and lessened the indents left from the pins. Prior to breaking my leg a group of us had booked to go skiing in March. I was very doubtful that I would ski again or have the confidence to do so. But Hayley assured me I would be able to and she was right. Of course I was a bit tentative at first but by the end of the week I was back doing some Red Runs ⛷⛷
I cannot recommend Hayley enough and I am so thankful to her and to Katie for the recommendation. 🙏🙏

Following a total hip replacement, I booked to see Louisa for physiotherapy to aid my recovery. After 4 months I am fully active, with excellent mobility and have regained good muscle strength. Louisa takes time to explain the benefit of each exercise, the reason why the body reacts in certain ways, and gives great tips on how to overcome any difficulties. There is no doubt that the success of my recovery has been down to her knowledge and advice.

I have been treated by Hayley on and off for several years with different injuries. She is an incredible Physiotherapist, with a huge amount of knowledge and is highly skilled. Most recently she has been treating me following major surgery for Breast cancer. Both Hayley and Jane run an exceptional practice with a very experienced team, second to none. I would not go any where else and would be happy to be treated by any of their team .Thank you.
