Chelmscare looked after my father for over a year until he was transferred to a hospice. The team of carers in our area are absolutely incredible. So kind and caring, and managed to make dad laugh on his darkest days. We are so grateful for the care he received and the support we were given as a family from this amazing team. A special mention to Rei who was his main carer and was an absolute rock to dad, especially near the end. Thank you.
