Chelford Surgery

Whenever i need help, I am impressed by how prompt and efficient the surgery is. But yesterday they really exceeded my expectations. Firstly they responded very quickly and personally to book an appointment . Then the appointment with Dr Yasin was just how you hope to be treated by a doctor. His communication was clear, thoughtful and helpful. The treatment was professional, effective and precise. Thanks to everyone involved.

The service and care is absolutely amazing. If you’re lucky enough to live Within the postcode the practice looks after you with such dedication and patience.

Chelford is a wonderful surgery to which we are lucky enough to be patients. Staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Triage is swift and efficient and, if you need really need to see a GP, you get to see one. The flu jab management at the weekend was run with military precision - in and out in less than 5 minutes. Truly awesome!

My Mother in law has just been seen by Dr Yasin. What an absolutely delightful doctor! He listened to everything she had to say (which was a lot) and had a wonderful manner with her, explaining everything very clearly and really putting her at ease. She can get herself worked up prior to her appointment but Dr Yasin allayed all her fears. Thankyou

Fantastic surgery with excellent service and expertly managed. Couldn't rave about this doctor's enough. I've been with them for over 2 years now and the service has been amazing throughout.

I like the surgery. But they don’t have appointment notification system in place.

Booking a simple appointment now seems very complicated since Covid it seems like it is being made over complicated and creates delays for patients.The likely result will be people just not bothering to book.
