Phoned yesterday (Thursday) as I was completely deaf in one ear and suffering significant discomfort after swimming. Got an appointment today (Friday) at 09:00. Receptionist was extremely pleasant and showed genuine concern (thank you for your reassurance, I didn’t catch your name but as a first point of contact, you’re a credit to your business). Jane (sp?) was very professional during the consultation and the procedure and she solved my problem within 20 minutes (both ears treated)….I can now hear clearly again, bliss?. I have a FOC follow up appointment next week to finalise the ‘treatment’ which is exactly as they promise. Many thanks for your care and attention, the relief following the treatment is beyond words. I’ve already recommended your service to three work colleagues.

I was given a same day appointment for micro suctioning of the ears to remove wax. They were completely blocked and I left the clinic with full hearing after a painless and quick appointment. Lovely staff and clinic. Highly recommend and will be using them again

Emailed an enquiry and got a swift reply early next morning, asked to be fitted in that day and got in no problems same day, had a blocked ear and the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently, will use again for sure if I need another ear wax removal. Thanks. Would highly recommend.
