OMG..how can this be Vegetarian food
I spent a week eating Niki’s Wonderful Creations on a Yoga Retreat and didn’t miss meat once as I’m not a vegetarian
I came away re- educated on digestive enzymes and how to get the most Nutrients from your food..after all WE ARE WHAT WE EAT !
Niki is so knowledgeable and supportive and I can’t recommend her enough..she does online and in person consultations tailored to your needs if you are not lucky enough to meet her on a Retreat ❤️

What a joy to have met Niki on a yoga retreat and to enjoy a week of her fabulous nutritional cooking. After two days, I could feel the difference. My energy levels were up, and even though we were only eating two meals a day, there were no cravings as the dishes were so healthy and filling and beautifully presented.
Niki also shared a wealth of wisdom about all things health and nutrition in her daily talks, so I'm coming away knowing so much more about what to eat, where to eat, and how to get a balanced nutritional diet. Thanks, Niki, for willing the table with so much delicious food every day. Highly recommend Niki if you're looking to get a full understanding of your health and seeking some sound nutritional advice to be the best glowing version of yourself.

My third cleanse and I’ve learnt even more this time from Niki who is an oracle on nutrition, an incredible chef and also your personal support through the number of days you choose to restore your gut and liver. Night or day (I don’t know how she does it!) You will not look back if you choose to invest in yourself with a gut and liver reset.

I gave up coffee (I might have the very occasional one if I'm out and about but very rare) so I wanted to find an alternative to give me a boost and keep me going but without the peak and trough of caffeine does so now I order the Wake Up and Go Cacao from CF Organic wellness and have a hot cup of it nearly every day. It's really delicious I have it with a bit of oat milk and hot water and it keeps me going (I don't have breakfast)

Where do I start…… I am a 59 year old woman who suffers with chronic anxiety, sleep difficulties, fatigue and pain. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago and maybe thinking about it this is when my difficulties started.
I had s consultation with Nicki who undertook a comprehensive assessment of my emotional and physical health. Nicki recommended a number of supplements as according to my blood results I had a number of deficiencies (albeit GP stated these were normal!!!). Within a week of taking the supplements and changing parts of my diet I feel amazing. Energy levels have massively improved, pain gone, anxiety reduced, sleeping so much better and waking refreshed and overall emotional well-being is fantastic. I cannot thank or highly recommend Nicki enough. Thank you Nicki.

Nikki was so helpful to me when i really needed it. I had been on so many fad diets that didn’t work and needed some help to understand food and nutrition. Nikki set me up a great plan, i felt healthier for it and she gave me some great tips for the kids too. I also did the cleanse with Nikki which was a great kickstart and the cakes were amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with me and giving me the confidence to try different things! oh and i kicked caffeine, from 6 cups per day!!!

Nikki has helped the majority of my family. She has done a plan for my autistic son to get his vitamins/minerals he needs as he is very restricted with food. He is doing really well. I have also done the juice clense which was amazing, I feel brand new. Nikki has a wealth of knowledge and always goes the extra mile, highly recommend.
