Off the beaten track, a store 🏬that carries a full range of things that you might need all the main supermarket essentials and a selection of things for the home 🏡. the store is surprisingly big from its outside appearance. the carpark is spacious and surrounds two sides of the building. customer services desk is at the store front

Visited here several times while in the area seeing my girlfriends relatives. Never a bad experience to date, and a very good selection being a larger Coop, especially the choice of ales! I will mention praise to the checkout lady that was serving us around 1:30/2pm on Friday 31st May (I bought the flowers and wine), I did not catch the name and have lost the receipt unfortunately but she was possibly Portuguese? Very friendly, polite, funny and a full credit to the business let alone the store. Great service overall 🙂

This review is focused on how the store manages parcels and packages not the rest of the store. They can't manage packages and this will be the third occasion where packages have been misplaced, not found or miraculously found and returned to a depot where the item then has to be reposted.

If you want to receive a parcel, it would be best you select a different collection point other than this store.

A condescending, patronising and rude staff member named Sam made my shopping trip today very uncomfortable.
She was clearly annoyed I had left the self service till due to it not scanning my item and joined the kiosk queue and she made her annoyance very apparent, intonnating it was my fault that it wouldn't scan because it worked fine for her.
What a terrible attitude for a service provider.
I'm pleased I dont visit this shop often.
I would like this incident investigated further.
