I've been at this practice since the first day of opening and prior to that when Dr Allen had it.
I have always found the doctors and receptionists absolutely fantastic. Dr. Tandom is my go to doctor as he knows all about my medical history. He takes his time to listen and never judges. But all the other doctors there are excellent too. The nurse are fantastic also. I highly recommend Cedars. If you need an appointment to talk to a doctor, you can almost get in the same day, next day at the latest. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have waited for 6 weeks for 2 separate blood tests results. I have received nothing. One phone call (missed call) All other calls from a realable source. 8 in all from this practice are a scam. My phone records all missed calls.My phone stipulates they were not made Shocking service from the service provider. This practice has been previously good too me.

I've been a patient at the surgery for about a year now and I cannot rate it highly enough! Every interaction I have had from the reception team, to nurses, to the GPs themselves has been overwhelmingly positive. The reception team are very friendly and helpful over the phone and do their utmost to meet your needs. They always have a smile for you when you arrive.
The nurses I have seen are wonderful. Incredibly kind, caring and you never feel rushed during your appointments. They really look after you!
The same with the GPs, they have been supportive, they have listened and again I have never felt rushed during an appointment.
Appointment times do sometimes run a little bit behind but never more than 10-15 mins in my experience. I wouldn't say this is a problem and I think is reflective of the consistency of care provided and taking time to really listen to patients.
A brilliant practice that I would highly recommend!

Not come here.Very very bad service I can't get a appointment almost 2month gone. Everyday Iam trying to book a appointment but they don’t pickup call and they hold my call many times.Last time they are received my call but tell me that It’s not emergency bye.Don't register there very poor service

I am always looked after very well when attending the practice at Ashby Rd and the branch practice at Ironstone. The staff are brilliant and although I've moved from Scunthorpe back to Kirton Lindsey and have to get the bus to get there, I would not dream of swapping Doctors even though there is a surgery here in Kirton Lindsey.
You are seen very quickly by health assistants and or the Doctors who are very professional.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good service. They are all 5*.

Only recently registered with this practice but so far they are absolutely amazing.
From helping with the app, appointments and prescriptions service.
Best experience.
And other GP services need to take a leaf out of Cedars for the receptionist services, receptionists are brilliant.

Receptionists, nurses, gp’s, prescriptions have all been wonderful throughout our time here. They have always looked after myself my husband and my daughter. Never a problem getting an appointment, always thorough, and seem like they actually care. We’ve just had to move due to moving to Yorkshire and we are gutted because we genuinely do not think we will find a GP surgery as good as this one.
