My little boy had a very painful ear, he's only 5 and a bit behind on his speech so he struggles to understand what's happening sometimes. We took him to see Dr Murphy, she was absolutely fantastic with him, very patient and let him see inside his ear too. He's all better now on some antibiotics and both myself and my partner feel she provided a fantastic standard of care to him and are extremely grateful!

I joined cedar house surgery in 1983, I have always found all the doctors and staff very helpful kind considerate and sympathic, they have always sorted my problems out when needed, and nothing is to much trouble. The atmosphere in the surgery is a nice and friendly one. I can't praise them enough.
Thank you for all you do and have done.
Very grateful patient.

Usually a good service, sometimes a wait for appts, but today first in queue, given an appt;
Due to bad mobile reception. I didn't receive message advising location of appt; therefore went to the wrong surgery.
Receptionist messaged Doctor who changed appt; to telephone service and all sorted. Very pleased thank you.

Continuity is key to most businesses which Cedar House is at the end of the day. There is none though its a different doctor most times and people cant book a slot in advance because you don't know when you are going to be ill. Trying to get speak to a Dr is like a military operation for that 8am call and the sense of euphoria of being the 1st in the queue is unbelievable as sad as it is. Is it better the devil you know though?

Usually I don't have many good things to say about this doctors surgery but today my experience was amazing. The receptionist was lovely and Dr Claire Murphy is one of the best doctors I've ever had! Thankyou

There is a lot of negativity on social media about Lakeside surgeries, but on the few occasions I have needed them, it's been a very positive experience. Today, I used the anima portal to contact them at 7:45am. I had a phone call at 8:20am with an appointment for 9:10am with the lovely Dr Amy at Cedar House. Reassured and resolved by 9:30am 👍🏻

Go to regular appointments to visit nurse for renewed ulcer dressings. Very friendly staff and appointments on time + or - 5 minutes.
Found lately getting GP appointments improved and the ANIMA on line system helpful

Very well organised, straight in and had the both vaccinations within five mins of arriving. The vaccinations were not painful in fact I didn't know they had been done. I had an achy arm for two days but it didn't stop me sleeping.
