I had an amazing experience having a gel nail manicure at Cecily this morning. Emilia was absolutely fantastic, really accommodating and friendly, and my nails look incredible! Will definitely be booking with her again! Thanks!

Avoid this place especially if you have a voucher, they treat you very badly!! My friends had kindly brought me a voucher as a birthday treat. I had to wait some time to get booked in. The appointment was horrible, the therapist (Lucy) was 20 minutes late, didn't acknowledge this or apologise. She loudly confirmed to her previous customers she's always running late, whilst laughing hysterically about it. She then cut my appointment short, when I queried this, she firstly argued about the time we'd started! She then advised she'd give me a discount for my next treatment. When Lucy realised I had a voucher she withdrew the offer!! Cecily are really missing the point here, treat all customers well, then they want to come back & give good reviews! I sent feedback to Cecily to give them the opportunity to resolve this situation but they haven't bothered to acknowledge or respond. There's much nicer places to go to relax where the staff are kind, genuine and care about your well-being. Cecily is definitely not the place for this.

Had a really poor pedicure experience. I arrived on time and then was left to wait for 15 minutes (and had to redo a form I’d already completed online). When the appointment did start, she was chewing gum and very harsh on my feet, including the water being boiling. Due to the poor removal job, this meant specks of my old polish (bright blue) are mixed in with my new colour (white). My toes were cut too short, making it painful to walk and one toe is bloody, the polish wasn’t wrapped around the nail tip or brought to the sides, and despite that, I still have large amounts of polish on my skin! Very unprofessional and frustrating for £73.

Had a full body massage with Atlanta today. The room is so beautiful and calm, felt so relaxed and Atlanta gave me the most relaxing massage, I feel amazing, would definitely book with her again xx

First visit today and what a treasure of a day spa! Beautiful rooms, welcoming staff, professional but warm. Karen gave an amazing massage and made me feel at ease. Sophie then gave me a pedicure and did a brilliant job. It was great to relax in the tea room, have a chat with staff and enjoy a delicious coffee. I can't wait to book my next visit!

It was such a pleasure to visit Cecily for the second time. I booked for a massage, my therapist Hollie was very attentive and skilled, she ensured I was happy with the pressure and worked on the knots in my back. I couldn’t fault my experience, it was such a calming experience, I left feeling recharged and I can’t wait to visit again
