Castlegate Pharmacy

Just watched two young women, i presume they work there as they were both behind the counter, turn away an elderly lady on a walking stick. They were wearing their coats so i couldnt see if they were wearing uniforms. It was barely 6pm and the door was wide open. Its horrible weather today. Its such a shame they tirned away an OAP with obvious physical limitations! One of the young women had brown hair and the other had blomd hair. Im so gutted the world has turned into this fast paced state of affairs. What happens if that elderly lady couldnt get out until now and her physical limitations prevented her from reaching the pharmacy in time. She was there at just before 6pm, but was turned away. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Spoke with someone so lovely and helpful after I couldn’t get my English prescription while visiting a friend in Edinburgh. The lady on the phone knew exactly what I needed to do and couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you!!
