The best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentists, they have given me my smile back!! Castle Gate has a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, each Receptionist being kind and helpful. I am so happy with the care I have received at Castle Gate. Like most people, I had major fears about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say those feelings have completely gone! I have just recently had some work done by Louise, which I am over the moon with. She and her nurses (Sally and Jo) were so lovely to me and put me totally at ease throughout my 2 hour appointments. The rest of the team are equally as welcoming and I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. Thank you all for making my experience a fabulous one!

After a bad experience elsewhere we registered our children here for their first post-COVID check-ups. The whole process was very straightforward and the service we received was excellent.

The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, and remembered speaking to be on the phone.

We didn't have to wait very long to see the dentist, and the service we received was fantastic. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why, answering questions my son had, and even taking him through how the x-ray worked and exactly what she was looking for on the images. It didn't feel at all rushed, and was a very clam and informative experience.

Just been for my first visit to this practice for a root canal treatment. Treated by Emma (with superb assistance by Amy). Friendly, professional, accurate and knowledgeable about everything they do. I was put at ease with detailed explanations about what was happening. Everything was swift but precise, meaning I didn't feel discomfort and stress as they worked quickly but accurately. Bizarre to say this, but I'm looking forward to my next visit to the dentist!

After coming in, meeting the team and discussing the treatment I had hoped for everything was positive. However following taking my money for the registration I had to Chace for any responses. After finally speaking with the lead dentist and C.E.O Richard he seemed in agreement and finally I was falsely led to believe all was well and going ahead. Finally after sometime of no correspondence again I emailed directly only to find Richard placed emphasis on my being in a wheelchair and attempted to explain how he did not feel comfortable doing work on me due to my disability. When I explained this was discrimination, the refusal was changed in wording in that Richard did not feel he could achieve my 'high' expectations? This confused me since I not once placed emphasis on having things done perfectly I simply requested that he help me do what was possible with my bone structure. I have been left after months of excitement that I would finally achieve the help I need back at the drawing board. Upset and feeling very little self worth. Note people with disabilities should be entitled to feel good about themselves also. I know of other clients that have had the same work almost exact to that which I requested with a small bite such as i have with however they encountered no problems. It must be noted however that they were able to walk ( I am in an electric wheelchair) and they were not in chronic pain ( which I have been in for 24 years and explained from the beginning that I do not let it prevent me living my life). I pray this does not happen to another and do not recommend visiting this practice. Although I will say the reception staff are second to none and so incredibly lovely especially Ruth, such a lovely lady.

Rang the dentist after I needed treatment whilst working down here as it was not my usual dentist I was not sure if I could get an appointment.
The receptionist got me a same day appointment and was lovely to deal with. The Dentist Emma talked to me the whole time and told me what treatment she was doing and put me totally at ease, as did the dental nurse. If I lived here I would go to this dentist all the time.

Just to be clear, this is not your usual Dentist but a center of excellence with any phobias around oral care instantly needed or ongoing. There is no shame in turning up at this clinic with poor dental hygiene or education, they are amazing. Everyone is welcomed and treated as an individual, whatever your needs. I cannot praise or recommend enough highly myself. I am a genuine unbiased customer who has overcome many phobias with the help and support of Castlegate
