I visited Carolyn initially for help with menopause symptoms (particularly hot flushes). These have improved enormously. Carolyn has also worked on my headaches - I have taken migraine tablets at least weekly for many years. Headaches have almost disappeared and I’ve only taken one lot of migraine pain relief since seeing Carolyn. She has also helped with shoulder pain. I cannot recommend Carolyn highly enough.

Very professional and calm environment. I got bells palsy in pregnancy and was worried as the recovery rates are not good compared to not pregnant recovery rates(only 50% of pregnant women gain complete recover compared to 80% general population and generally recovery is slower) I did acupuncture with Carolyn alongside medication and have thankfully gained nearly full recovery in a much shorter time than expected. I obviously can't say whether the medication, acupuncture or my immune system made the difference but I do think Carolyn's work helped speed my recovery.

Many years of back problems refused to attend acupuncture sessions as advised by various consultants as other treatments didn’t produce improvement. Plucked up the courage to try found Carolyn via Bridge GP practice. Right from first meeting it felt natural and relaxing a very professional and caring consultant. My body responded immediately to the treatment I can only describe it as like a light switch turning off my problem. But as the treatment is for whole body I attend monthly for my tune up but with really no ongoing problems! I have also found a good friend
