Caroline is treating me for fibromyalgia using the Perrin Technique and I’m so pleased with progress so far. Wow - Caroline was amazing! I visited her with a partially paralysed finger and a very sore shoulder. She diagnosed the problem within minutes, a trapped ulnar nerve, and then within 2 treatments I was feeling much better. She sent me exercises, liaised with my Pilates guy, lent me equipment and checked in on me between sessions (while she was in holiday!). The treatment was immediately soothing and the exercises 100% effective. Caroline is the perfect all round professional and really went the extra mile for me. Thank you!

I went to see Caroline after suffering sleepless nights with an ever worsening shoulder injury, which I wish Id had her fix months ago. I was unsure of what results to expect as you never really know what is possible.
Caroline's knowledge and expertise had me feeling so much better after just one session,. After three sessions I would say I'm almost there, I'm now strengthening the area with the excellent exercise plans you receive and fully expect to be 100% fixed fairly soon.

Having recently moved to the area and in desperate need of some help when my back problem flared up again (degenerated disc L4/L5) I contacted Caroline and she was able to see me quite quickly. She carried out a full assessment and she kept me informed as to what she would do, and why. The pain relief I experienced from that first visit was unbelievable! Previously I went to NHSPhysio who did treatment that had no effect whatsoever. I felt totally in despair and depressed. I was sceptical to think Caroline could help me but Wow. I’ve had soft tissue treatment with Caroline on a number of occasions.
