Caroline is an excellent physio. As a family we have used her multiple times for different issues over the years. She is incredibly knowledgeable in so many areas. She always gives reassurance & provides well tailored rehabilitation programs. She is very personable & truly believes in patient care. An amazing experience & journey with Caroline Kinash - a true professional, with a warm and personal approach, tailoring her services to your needs as they change. I found Caroline when looking for a physio to deal with a problem following the birth of my first child. I had the Mummy MOT session and then found out I was pregnant with my second child. Caroline supported me through my second pregnancy journey, with the problems from my first pregnancy and preparing my body for post pregnancy, through targeted physio sessions and joining Caroline's weekly Pilates classes in the neighbouring village. I believe my positive birth experience second time round was mainly due to the prep work we had done, in terms of body and strength. I used to attend Caroline's face to face classes, but recently moved to her online virtual ones instead, as they work better with my busy home life and balancing act! I really value that hour every week, with Caroline getting me on the mat - which is always the hardest part! Thank you for everything over the past couple of years.

Caroline is an incredible physio, I went from struggling to walk and carrying my baby to my first postnatal run and was totally pain free. Not only are her skills as a physio unmatched, I actually looked forward to seeing her, always matching her advice to what my life allowed for. Without her I would definitely be still hugely over weight, in a lot of pain and probably very miserable. Thank you Caroline for changing my life!

Great advice and exercise plans both for rehab after a broken wrist and for a longer term neck problem; Caroline assessed the difficulty carefully and planned how to help me increase movement and strength. Her exercise plans are detailed and specific - very helpful. She's always positive and encouraging - you walk out with a plan and feeling much better!

Excellent physio and great with teenagers. Highly recommend her Pilates classes too.
