I have been to see Nicola a few times now for Reiki healing, it blows me away every time. The benefits I gain from these reiki sessions are incredible. Nicola is so calm and caring and has the most amazing energy. I always walk out after my sessions feeling so grounded, clear headed and focused as well as extremely relaxed. ? Please take a read: your well-being depends on you! I’ve been coming to see Nicola for about 5 years now and she’s not just a friend but my mindfulness and wellbeing hero. From deep tissue, stones, reflexology, reiki, Indian head massage and now some brilliant Hopi ear rescue too I cannot find enough superlatives! She is one of a kind. The sessions are never rushed, tailored to how you feel on the day, flexible and value for £. Invaluable for your well-being. Forever guiding you and bringing you positivity helps to steer you when well-being sometimes gets neglected. Such a font of knowledge and helps you understand what your body is telling you and needs. I also treat some of my nearest and dearest to vouchers for Christmas and birthdays as you don’t always realise how much you need it. Plus it’s sustainable! In closing, I can hear so much better now the ears had the candle work over 2 sessions as well. That’s all folks.

Cariad is a centre for wellbeing. Nicola is always professional and listens closely to your needs so you get the most benefit from each session. I find her welcoming and I feel at ease during my treatments. Her hot stone massages are to die for. Her use of guided meditation in reiki sessions is soothing and relaxing. I always feel looked after and end sessions relaxed and revived. Nicola has an uncanny perception of what you need, whether it’s a peaceful, quiet session or a chat and a massage whilst targeting problem areas. Couldn’t recommend Cariad more highly.

I’ve been going to Nicola for a few years now for a whole host of different treatments, but today I had a hot stone massage and I have to say she is absolutely superb. I recommend her to everyone; she is excellent at what she does, she takes the time to get to know her clients and make sure she knows what they want from their treatment, holding space for them and providing such a personal service. I have visited Cariad on a number of occasions. I always look forward to visiting as I know post treatment I'll feel light yet grounded, relaxed yet alert. Every visit is somehow different, the pre-treatment chat always unearths something that's connected to my present mind state and subsequent physical health. Nicola is the complete professional, as someone on another review succinctly put "I felt listened to". I recommend a visit or 3 to Cariad as part of your self care.
