Consummately professional and kind. They did 3x the work for my dog for less than half the price of the last vet I saw. They were kind, gentle and patient with him and were very thorough both with examining him and explaining the various care and treatment options that would help him. They were also careful to communicate costs and options up-front. No danger of nasty suprises and no attempt to sell me anything (for contrast, see my recent review for a different local vet).

I came to Carewell having taken on a very poorly young puppy I was seen by two of the vets at the Practice who gave us the most outstanding care throughout. During closed periods I had constant contact with the vet while my puppy was critically ill. He was giving me advice and comfort during those difficult times unfortunately, our Puppy who only weighed 400 g lost his fight and passed away however the comforting words and Care that we received during his short life was absolutely outstanding. I then received a sorry for your loss card with kind words from the team at Care Well I feel this Practice genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make that known. Thank you for all that you did to help us, and I will definitely use you again in the future lots of love, Mary

I’ve been to several vets over the years and never been truly happy. Registered my two cats and really impressed. They had cat coves & covers in the waiting room at a height so cats aren’t as stressed by any dogs around. Jason the vet was very nice, my cats didn’t even notice they’d had their jabs. He advised that as they aren’t in contact with any other cats they didn’t need the leukaemia jab which I appreciated as other vets have given them that so saved me some money.

Amazing vets. Friendly, knowledgeable and above all, caring!
Treated our furbaby with love, kindness and dignity right until the end.
Jason, in particular, was so understanding and gentle and when it was time to say goodbye, he came out to our home.
