My mother in law has come to rely on her regular carer, who means so much to her. The carer goes beyond the call of duty and is very caring, which is perfect. It is great that my mother in law is able to have the same carer 5 days a week, as she knows the preferred routine.Things don’t work quite so well when there has to be a substitute carer. The office staff are very responsive, but there seems to be a high turnover of staff in this area of the organization and communications have been missed at times. Overall we have been very pleased with and grateful for the service.

We have been having twice a week visits from Caremark for about a year now. Mainly as companionship & moral support for my elderly mum who looks after my Dad who has mid stage Alzheimer's. Mum looks forward to her visits & someone to talk to outside of the family. The care co-coordinator & supervisor are always helpful if we request a day/time adjustment. Thanks for all you do.

My 92 year old dad has been receiving daily care from his lovely carers. He really looks forward to chatting to them and it helps me knowing someone is there each day to check on him. I can recommend Caremark to anyone needing support and company for their elderly parents.

The office team have been very good in finding the right carers for Mum. They listen to any problems that might occur and adjust accordingly. I gave a 4 star as normally there are gaps in mums rota sheet which unsettles her when she doesn't know who is coming in. But otherwise it seems to work well.

Caremark were absolute lifesavers for us when a family member developed dementia, which occurred during the first covid lockdown. They responded quickly and efficiently, putting the care in place which we needed. We continued to use them for almost 3 years until my relative went into a care home. OK, there were the odd admin problems and erratic visit times, but given the nature of the work they do I suspect that some disorganisation is inevitable! Most importantly, my relative loved her carers and looked forward to every visit. Thanks to the whole team.
