Dr Mark is simply the best! I had previously had to have a tricky BCC removed which he did beautifully.
Unfortunately another one appeared elsewhere on my face so I made no hesitation in contacting the clinic to book in for a check up and for Dr Mark to remove it. What a fantastic job he did again. I go yearly for checkups with him and will never we’ve go elsewhere. His nurse was lovely, reassuring and kept me updated. We all chatted and had a bit of a laugh. The reception staff were so nice! Rather a rare occurrence these days. So thank you all. You are the best!

Beware, prices are absolutely extraordinary at this place now. Was charged £335 for a half hour consultation yesterday, which was actually just a half hour chat. I am a previous customer and knew what I needed done. Last time I was there for a much more extensive consultation, my first, 7 years ago and it cost £120. Nearly 300% increase when inflation over that period running at around 2%, making a total of approx 14%. Nothing improved or changed re the facilities, still very basic. A rip off

am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent consultation I had with one of your doctors. What I experienced was not only unprofessional, but could have had serious — and potentially life-threatening — consequences.

I booked the appointment urgently, concerned about a lesion on my arm that I feared might be skin cancer. However, instead of examining the area, the doctor spent over 20 minutes discussing a genetic screening program — something he was clearly trying to sell to both me and my wife. This was not the reason for my visit, and the focus on this program was both inappropriate and distressing at a time when I was extremely anxious about my health.

It was only after my wife directly asked him if he was going to look at my arm that he finally did — with only a few minutes left in the appointment. He diagnosed it as eczema and prescribed a steroid cream, which the pharmacy couldn’t even read due to the poor handwriting.

Since then, I received an urgent appointment through the NHS, where the lesion was surgically removed. It turned out to contain cancerous cells. I have now lost a significant portion of my arm due to the delay in treatment. The NHS consultant who treated me even commented, "He can’t be much of a doctor if he thought that was eczema."

I will not be paying for this consultation and have lodged a formal complaint with Bupa, requesting they withhold their contribution as well. I also intend to share my experience publicly to warn others.

This experience left me frightened, angry, and let down at a time when I needed professional medical help. The service I received was unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

I had an appointment for the skin scanner consultation with Charlotte- she was amazing! Really professional and informative.

I also saw Dr. Vaga & Limara for mole mapping/mole check. They were both so friendly, kind & professional and really put me at ease throughout the whole procedure.

I would 100% recommend!

Paid £300 for a 30 minute consultation and was out within 6 minutes. Barely asked me any questions or examined to face to try and solve the issue. Instead palmed me off with tablets and almost forgot to ask if I was pregnant to ensure I could take them. No time or care taken in my ‘consultation’ and definitely not worth paying for a 30 minute appointment when they shove you out as quickly and they get you in the door. Acne has been an ongoing problem for a while and I finally taken the plunge to pay the money to help get it resolve and get to the bottom of it and the DR barely paid any attention to my problem and gave me tablets as a quick fix. Would not recommend .
