Excellent, patient and friendly, service. Had a issue with my prescription (from elsewhere) and Alistair patiently sorted the issue and explained my options for new. Varifocal glasses. They have a great range of glasses too. Very satisfied with the service and we will be using Campbell's Opticians going forward.

Brilliant service and great choices. I had a unique issue that meant I needed additional bridge support for my glasses coupled with an allergy to most metals. Sadly most high street opticians only have the built in plastic nose support and were unable to offer anything bespoke. Within a few minutes of walking in to Campbells I had the friendly receptionist helping me and expert advice from the optician. My issue was sorted so quickly and I actually had options to pick from which was fantastic. I can’t recommend this optician enough, will only use them moving forwards

Campbell’s kindly took on prescriptions for my wife and I recently obtained from a Specsaver Eye test. It turned out BOTH Specsaver prescriptions were wrong. Campbell’s spotted this and without quibble or extra cost, corrected our presentations. Their help and patience in selecting frames and lenses was priceless. All the staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. We would strongly recommend them for all things eyes. Skip the cheap high street chains for an easier and more enjoyable experience.

Excellence service. I decided on new varifocal glasses, there was a great choice of frames.
Alasdair spend a considerable time in explaining all the available types of lens and different makes.
The ones I have decided on are excellent for distance, mid range and close up vision.

Usually schlep all the way to London to get my specs but no need any more! Such a great range of frames here. Service is so friendly and efficient. Love my new custom glasses which took only 2 weeks all the way from Denmark. Will definitely be going back. Can’t recommend highly enough.

5 stars isn't enough...Having had issues from a previous Optician I was a little worried when it was time to get an eye test again. Shouldn't have, everyone here has been brilliant, I have had a few issues getting the lenses balanced, but Alasdair has been absolutely amazing at trying to sort out the issue, try different things and hasn't once tried th brush it under the carpet or give up. To the point now I have glasses that work 😎 I really cannot recommend this opticians enough. I know my family will be looking to move across...Thank you 😁

Excellent service from everyone. Had cataract surgery and initially had problems with first eye and they were so helpful offering solutions. Can not fault them.
