I understand the need for a luxurious 2 hour lunch but perhaps you could stagger them so that someone is available to answer the phone. Illness doesn't stop for lunch.

Literally have the best service!! So many amazing GPS especially Dr doughty who goes out her way to make sure her patients are well ! I am very happy with the surgeries and highly recommend also get appointments or atleast a call. They deserve more credit ✨️✨️

Cameley & Harptree surgeries form part of the same group, which has some good GPs and helpful staff. The practice has been through quite a few challenges and changes over the past few years and the service (in my experience) has been variable. However, they do appear to be trying to do better. Their recently introduced 'triage' system seems to work and I obtained very prompt treatment when needed.

Only drawback is the parking , if no spaces available then it's a bit of a walk to get there from Temple Cloud

Really great GP practice with doctors who are always approachable and professional. Have never had a problem accessing GP care when needed. We need not celebrate our NHS and not knock it down as everyone works so hard. Thank you

I’ve been using these doctors since I was little and it used to be a great doctors practice, but the past few years they’ve gone downhill. I had bloods taken and they told me they would ring me within a week or so to let me know the results, but I heard absolutely nothing and the same goes for my smear test too!! I was supposed to have a triage doctor ring me about my prescription review and heard nothing again!! What a shocker!! The dispensary team are rude and all and I had one member of staff telling me to get my eczema cream somewhere else, even though I pay for my prescriptions. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Awful. Very behind compared to other surgeries. Constantly changing their mind on what they said and what I said. No emergency appointments in the afternoons and when you're told you will be getting a phone call you're then told later that wasn't what was offered. Receptionists are frankly rude and patronising. I'm not generally one to complain and appreciate we all have bad days and get stressed etc but there comes a point where its unacceptable.

Dedicated and caring staff who always place their patients first. Surgeries have been under real pressure since covid began but most people sadly don't take that into consideration. If everyone worked so selflessly as NHS staff this country would be in a much better state.
