Absolute shambles of a practice. Treats their patients like dirt. My mother who is a very unwell woman was removed from the practice due to disagreeing with Dr Mascarenas. Given 2 days notice due to letter coming out by post. She has just gone to get her medication sorted and refused any patient care. Apparently they have sent all of her information away. Practice manager is rude and refuses to speak to patients. Avoid this surgery at any cost as they have zero patient care. Reading previous reviews I'm not surprised. Disgusting way to treat anyone and this doctor has signed a oath to do no harm and yet he has done plenty to my mother. Refusing to even phone new practice. I didn't realise doctors were now behaving like children. As I say AVOID! They do not care for anyone apart from their own backs.

Terrible practice, don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. You will be left without vital medication, never mind a doctors surgery, if you question your care - which you’re of course entitled to do, just not at this practice.

Find it alarming that in modern day Britain, a doctors surgery can discard a pensioner who relies heavily on pain relief to function day-to-day, telling her she is no longer welcome at the practice, a matter of days after receiving the news she needs a lifesaving heart operation. All because she challenged a doctor here. A doctor who should not be in the profession, if he is capable of this. Shame on you

I had a horrific conversation with the male doctor. I will be reporting him as I don't think he should be a working gp. Complete lack of respect for me as a human. I just joined. I found out only 2 doctors work there and I will leaving asap.

Doctor Mascarenhas is a brilliant doctor in my opinion has really understood my situation, and has done all he can to help me on numerous occasions. Dr Souden on the other hand is who let's this practice down, a GP who is as judgemental and as "anti medicine" as her shouldn't be a GP. Salt water doesn't fix everything which seems to be her advice. The reception staff are also great and do their best.

Dr Mascarenas is a horrible, vile bully, to put it politely and MUST be avoided. He manipulated my wives phone calls to the surgery (and call back) saying that she was pressuring him as he was not doing anything about her symptoms. When we complained about the vile words he used, the surgery removed us (including our young children). Thankfully however, as since moving surgery, my wife has now been referred to specialists due to her symptoms being quite a concern to our new doctor. The manager here is also hopeless having lost significant documents TWICE and trying to blame us, also when complaining about Dr Mascarenas there is absolutely no care taken for the patients/complainant.

Dr Mascarenhas isn't interested in helping. Yet another GP giving the NHS a bad name. Self refer yourself through the NHS website for whatever your issue is, because Raul doesn't want to listen to your problems.

Can’t give 0 stars , avoid this practice ! When you are dealing with them you feel like in Great Britain episode . Staff is absolutely terrible and uneducated… absolutely disgusting behaviour with no respect at all ! Ladies on the front desk just forgot that they are working in public service and they are here for patients ! It was absolutely awful experience to deal with them. Girls if you are unhappy working there there is a many available positions in Job Centre . Refusing to speak with manager , not answering questions and laughing instead , ignoring , misinforming that’s the only few things which can happen to you if you decide to deal with them …
Absolutely not recommending this place and rest practices located in this building, places like this is a shame for NHS .
