Fitted in an emergency slot, same day appointment, the usual friendly staff and dentist making the whole experience far less traumatic.

This was first visit to the dentist since relocating to Deal and, in fact, the last visit to a dentist was well before the Covid outbreak. I’m not a lover of going to the dentist and all I can say is that I was treated with great care and the dentist I am assigned to, Phillip Dyson, was aware and treated me respect and understanding whereas previous dentists have been quite superior in attitude especially as I’m a smoker. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful too with Surgery clean, bright and professional in appearance. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I recently changed dentists and I'm very happy that I chose Bute House. My initial check up was very thorough and the dentist took time to walk me through the x-ray results and to discuss possible treatment going forward. I also had a hygenist appointment which was also very thorough and painless. The payment plan is a great bonus as it means I can make regular small payments every month instead of having to fork out big sums several times a year. The reception staff and dental nurses are all very friendly, helpful and professional and so I'm more than happy to recommend this practice as my experience so far has been excellent.

Been with this surgery for many years. Love that it is now clean and well run with lovely receptionists. However whilst in there yesterday the music was so mournful. I felt like i was in a crematorium. Not suggesting rave music but maybe and upgrade. Mr Dyson fab dentist too. Have a good day everyone.

Recently registered with Bute House Dentist.
Last week had Fillings done by Danielle and her assistant Helen both were lovely and talk through every stage of what was going to be done .
This helped me a lot as I had told them that I was quite nervous of having work done .
They were both brilliant.and very understanding and gentle which helped me to stay calm and put me at ease.
I found all the staff there that I meet very friendly Molly on reception and other staff but don't know all names yet.
Thanks all of you and I would definitely recommend any one needing a good understanding Dentist and friendly staff to go there.
