This is genuinely the best nhs practice I have ever been to. I went in last year in October. Registered online, was able to get an appointment quick with a doctor.
When I went in I didn’t have to wait up to 5 minutes to see the doctor. I got referred to a specialist again really quickly and got all my concerns seen to.
Super sad to have left Leicester because nothing compares ?

Just had to come here after a referral to get an ultrasound from a different doctors surgery. And I was a little shocked for a surgery! The receptionists were super lovely! It was clean and looked quite new. It was the biggest doctors surgery I've ever been to. The ultrasound man and the lady with him were both super excellent and explained everything that was going on so I was prepared and understood .I'm really very impressed !

Zero stars if it was possible to do so. So I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis which is terminal but nobody told me this. I found out about the diagnosis by calling in and the receptionist told me in a nonchalant tone. A doctor from the surgery (female, whose name I do not want to mention in case of a defamation case) rang me unscheduled about a week later to break the same news to me. I was in a busy supermarket at the time. Can you imagine. No mention of a face to face appointment. I wanted to sue the surgery but did not have the energy or capacity at the time. Thank god I’ve since moved to Sheffield where the medical card could not be better. Avoid this place if you can?

Hats off to the Bushloe surgery.
Its not very often you find a doctors where all of my appointments have been on time, you can call up at any time and make an appointment and be seen the same day.
The receptionists are kind and helpful.
The doctors actually read my notes and all seem lovely, and they make fast progress to work out the problem.
Guess im never leaving south wigston cus the doctors are top dollar ?

Tried calling to get an appointment telling them my baby is Ill and not getting better. When I said she NEEDS to be seen they said they can only do telephone appointment. After going to multiple doctors and them brushing it off. She needs to be seen today!! Absolutely unhelpful and un assuring

Poor, ring bang on 8am and you’re 15 in queue, go un surgery its empty, impossible to see a Dr in this place so get sent down A&E with child as ‘concerned’ hours down there for a dr to say you have tonsillitis, heres some anti-biotics bye.
