I attended this surgery with an infection in my knee. The attention from both nurses and Dr Shetty was quite simply fantastic. The attention to detail and concern for me was incredible. I think we are very lucky to have such wonderful talented health professionals who care for us .i also have diabetes,and the care is exemplary from the team. Everyone in the surgery is very professional and polite. Thank you all for your efforts.

I have to say a massive thank you to Dr shetty and all the staff that have come to the rescue when my son passed out whilst having a routine appointment cant thank you all enough for the quick response it was very scary seeing him like that .A big thanx to deana( nurse) for taking my grandaughter out of the situation cant thank you all enough hes home resting now ...

Very happy with the response to my e-consult. It was responded to quickly and I was given an appointment for the same day. I could not attend and was given another appointment within days. It was not a serious issue but I was given a check up and reassurance, plus follow up. I have found all staff at the surgery very kind and responsive - reception, nurses and doctors.

I had two appointments first was with my doctor in the morning she went through my notes and recommended what i should take. In the afternoon I saw the diabetic nurse Lisa she was also fantastic and had time to teach and listen and had great patience. Thank you.

I have been to this Surgery several times. And in my experiences, they have always provided quality care service.

The receptionists that attended to my concerns are really helpful. Especially during the time i needed a GP/Practitioner to see me when i am unwell.
It’s worth mentioning Dr. Hall, Helena Ventham, Dr. Nunes and Ashley-Emma Woodhouse as they are all caring and excellent health care professionals. They have compassion towards patients and they take time to listen.

These health care professional are the gems of Burgess Road Surgery. Highly recommended.

A welcoming experience, I had a spirometry test done at this surgery with Nurse Susan Walker.

She provided me with an insightful explanation on the tests that would be conducted in a professional and engaging manner, whilst providing a safe and friendly environment to ask questions and conduct the test at a pace I felt most comfortable with.

Would 100% return to this surgery for future tests.
