He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

Dr Ioannis Tsiaousis was very nice and very professional and explained the treatment required very clearly. All staff were very friendly and put me at ease . Burgate clinic came across as totally fit for purpose . Am happy with the service and will be back again soon .

It's my second time to visit Burgate Dental Practice . The dentist Ioannis was as usual excellent and made me feel at ease when 2 xrays have been done to my teeth . I would describe him he have light hands because I didn't feel any pain on the instrument he put inside my mouth to take an xray . I didn't have good experience from a different dental practice last time. Anyway , after he looked at the images , he explained to me the options what treatments to be done to my teeth at valueable price not necessarily having few implants unless it's my choice if I want to and he said it will still made me look amazing for a beautiful smile . Am very confident of his expertise and so much looking forward when my treatment starts . thank you very much . xx

Here I am 4th time around and this time it was with Dr Dana . She was very nice and she certainly got down to my roots! All I can say is she did a great job on my root canal. Looking forward to my next session at Burgate Dental Practice . Highly recommended . Faye M .

I have visited Burgate Dental Clinic since November 2022 and finally my dental treatment had been completed last 28th of June 2023. I would like to thank Ioannis and his full staff for the amazing service I received. They are all very nice and friendly. Ioannis is excellent and was very professional and concise , so caring and understandable with all my concerns through the process. He explained to me what was going on each time I visited the clinic . I am so very pleased at the outcome of all the procedures done for the complete reconstruction of my teeth. I feel very confident now to have the natural and beautiful smile I wanted. I would definitely recommend Burgate Dental Practice to anyone . Thank you very much. x Faye

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Burgate Dental Practice. They gave me a immediate appointment which I needed. Dr Tsiaousis was very nice and made me feel at ease immediately. He fixed the issue that I had with my tooth on the spot and reassured me that everything was fine. The price I paid was beyond expectation reasonable. The Practice is extremely clean and welcoming, and everyone from the receptionist to the assistant dentist was wonderful and very polite. I absolutely recommend this practice to everyone.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish.
