First time visit as a paying customer for screening. Very polite and friendly receptionist,helpful and informative Doctor who answered all my questions in a helpful manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at health screening. Facilities were very clean and tidy with excellent location opposite Train Station. We use again

Had an ear wax removal appointment, staff friendly upon arrival, no waiting around, everything explained during procedure. Slightly cheaper than using Specsavers and other opticians. Required a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time, which is free of charge. Very happy

Nice place. Pleasant staff. GP did not really want offer me a blood test even though I explained why I wanted it. I felt the need to explain why I did not go to a NHS doctor but surely it's patient choice. Was told the blood test results would be 2 days but after a week still waiting.
