We consider ourselves lucky to have a dentist that does treatment on the NHS. Very happy with the service though demand has resulted in us having appointments cancelled and rebooked at short notice in the past. Friendly and efficient staff. Marked down one star due to issues with bookings in the past. Also the toilet is out of order and from what we understand has been for some time.

Recently registered with the practice being new to the area, had some issues with an infected tooth. Have had 3 courses of treatment now from Gabriel plus a hygienist appointment with Jo and I have to say that the levels of care have been first class from all the front desk staff to the dental nurses and dentists. Normally really stressed and apprehensive about the dentist but not since joining Rasen.

Waited 23mins for appointment to be told - “ sorry we’ve forgotten about you, the computer isn’t working”, no offer of another appointment just sit and wait till fixed.
