Recently visited the practice due to having a denture fitted after my 1st visits I was ready to move forward. This was a hard decision but right for me. Dan my dentist and the nurse princess made this a bearable experience for me. They are both very professional and kept me calm. I have since gone back for adjustments and again made to feel comfortable.

I had such amazing service especially from Becks who I spoke to. I called in regards to my son and she went over and beyond to make sure we had the right advice for him and even went and checked with the dentist for additional information to ensure we were following the right path. She even called again to check up on him. It was a call of genuine helpfulness and empathy which was really appreciated.

I can't thank Charlie and Dr. Adeel enough, so polite and welcoming. I had to book an emergency appointment on Sunday, and I was seen within less than 3 hours. Antibiotics prescribed and the iodine completely helped with regards to the pain I was having from a previous extraction elsewhere. Thank you for a swift experience and Charlie for being so caring and showing compassion during my grim moment in life. THANK YOU

Janet on reception was so lovely when helping me book an emergency appointment. She was then extra lovely taking care of me when I came in for that appointment. Dentist and assistant also very kind and helpful as I was very anxious about the appointment.

I found myself needing the services of this Dental Practice this morning (Sunday), I had lost a large part of filling.
At reception I was greeted by Becks, being an extremely nervous patient I was particularly anxious in coming into a different Practice. Becks showed empathy and clearly explained the process for me. My wait time was less than half an hour before Lina came to collect me and take me to the Consultation room where I was met by Manu, the dentist. I felt listened to and treated with the utmost respect. Manu was gentle and caring, albeit i was still on edge I received excellent care and advice, I would not hesitate in recommending this Practice.
Suffice to say that both I and my husband will be moving our Dental Care over to this Practice, and requesting Manu to look after us.

I have had several appointments over the Christmas period with Dan, he
made me feel safe and welcome and I felt he really listened and cared. I had Monika in with me on one of the appointments and she was very kind and welcoming too. Jo at reception answered all my questions and was also very welcoming. I recommend this dentist practice 100%.

Needed an emergency appointment for severe toothache, got appointment same day within a couple of hours. Seen by dentist who explained that I would probably need root canal treatment, but because x-ray was not working couldn't proceed with treatment, then prescribed antibiotic and recommended to make another appointment for treatment, which could be in a week or two. Still had to pay for appointment to be left in the same situation, in pain and looking for a dentist to treat me.

Terrible at keeping to their appointment times, never been seen at my actual appointment time. Today I turned up on time to then wait for 50 minutes for a check up that took two minutes. Would not recommend. No issues with the staff, all very pleasant.
