Useless with a capital U. Admin and branch manager are absolutely useless, phone calls are not returned, appointments are not made, mistakes are not admitted to and political pass the parcel is played instead.
Forgot to add that I was incorrectly charged and am now expected to run around after them. I have made a complaint to Bupa directly, however the very slow response was very poor and did not address the issue.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming I have been with the practice for 20 years. I have probably had 3 dentists in that time who all stayed for many years this helped with continuity of care and they were always familiar with my dental needs. Hygenist’s are great and again I’ve only ever seen 2 so I feel very comfortable having treatment. My family have always been treated with understanding and kindness at this practice

A fantastic team that go out of their way to ensure great service and that you are happy with the results. Poonam Goyal has done great work with fillings on the front of my two front teeth, it’s not a usual request but she’s done the best job, my teeth look like mine again ? thank you

I stopped going to this practice about 4 years ago .the reason being I was told in a raised voice by the woman receptionist that she couldnt offer me an appointment after 3 oclock as ,according to her ,they have to have the schoolkids in after 3 oclock. firstly,she was lying , as they offer appointments much later than 3 oclock more than once a week,and secondly,she was insinuating the schoolkids were somehow more important than me.I was a private patient handing over sometimes several hundred pounds to this practice.The schoolkids get totally free treatment,but according to this woman,they are more of a priority than me.The male receptionist in there was very nice and friendly,but unfortunately,he was very rarely there when i went in.instead,Ihad this miserable abrupt unhelpfulwoman shouting at me like I was something on the end of her shoe.Aside from that,thedentist was very good.

My daughter recently had 2 teeth out and the team were fantastic. She was very nervous having refused having it done the first time but Laura and her assistant nurse were brilliant. They were very patient and waited until she was ready with each step; from have the numbing gel to finally pulling the teeth. I've used this surgery for approximately 14 years and would certainly recommend. The front desk duo Julie and Daniel are great too and always try and find an accomodating appointment when possible.
