Excellent service at the out of hours centre this morning at the Bunny Hill. Only waited five minutes to see a doctor who had time to listen. He gave me good advice and treatment. He had a very nice manner and put me at ease. Sorry but I can't remember his name but I was very impressed by him. Thank you.

Appointment 12.15 not busy but not seeing doctor until 13.00.
Patients who are over 10 min late not be seen.
How about doctor if not be seen about hour

Very good doctors, waiting times can be stupid sometimes, waited 20 minutes after appointment to be seen and no one else was waiting, however this is a good doctors

Absolute Shambles,needed to call them,rang no on website & got '0300' & finance dept. eventually found another no & line continually busy, now having to ring own doctor to try & find a number,& by tge way this was to chase up an appointment that was supposed to have 2 months ago,well done our NHS not

Horrible.My daughter had chicken pox,they sent us a link to upload pics which we did .It is over a week now ,nobody has called us.If not because we used our Nigerian doctor advise,you can make your bet.

8.30 am appointment, place is empty.
Was seen by doctor 8.55. Ten minutes was seen and advised. Very helpfull.

I was referred MSK regarding my issues with my muscles joints aches pains and dark painful like bruising on my legs arms, he told it was all in my head. No advice no support of any kind. I don't understand why he has a job there working in the NHS, his knowledge was poor. He was reluctant to help me. I'm sure I'm not the only one. They were not busy as no one was waiting in any of the waiting areas. I can the NHS departments disappearing as they are not working I say save the NHS but they must deliver a service to the public to save their jobs, department and people's lives. Having said all that I had to go private to get the help I needed so I can enjoy my life nearly pain free now Wake up NHS save your jobs!

Terrible the reception staff need to get their heads out of their behinds. Only one decent lady who actually helps. The nurses are also terrible like they can't be bothered to even help clearly in wrong job.
