I can not say thank you enough to the Buckhurst Way Clinic for stepping in to help me recently. I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Unfortunately I had contracted a serious secondary infection but it was universally acknowledged by my medical team that without the direct intervention and speedy action taken by Mr Khan that things would have been significantly worse. I will be forever grateful to Mr Khan and the Buckhurst Way Clinic for their time and help when it was really needed.

The GP me and my fiance met for an appointment on conception was reassuring and informative, but failed to send off a referral form to a specialist so my fiance could have a further assessment. This has delayed our journey significantly and cannot recommend this surgery.

The worse GP I have ever been. I went there yesterday 29 September 2023 at 15.40min and waited for the doctor 20min until he finished his call with his family in India, I was waiting in waiting room and cood clearly could hear him talking on phone in the his room which the main entrance door was into waiting room as well.
As he was late I could talk to him only 5min and got me out without a solution only gave me paracetamol for the pain I have in my legs from 3 weeks now.

Pandamodium trying to get COVID vaccine. Apparently some staff didn't show up. Free for all in the waiting area as to who gets seen next. Nobody organising it. An hour of my life I'll never get back. Forget pre arranged appointment completely

Rubbish service the nutrioust said weetabix was unhealthy do they know what there saying to patient and they don't know answer to many question as there none clinical waste of time They just look at the interest with you that is it most people know how to use the Internet these days any way waste of time don't go there l. GP get your act together referal patient to services that know what there talking about get not rubbish one. What a waste of taxpayer money!

Went there for the first time yesterday (9.1.24)
Was not happy with the consultation. The doctor did not examine me properly, she complained about having no light over the bed so couldn’t examine me properly!! Would not come here again.

Chigwell medical centre messed up my sons appointment but both the receptionist and the manager at BUCKHURST HILL CLINIC was very helpful and genuinely Cared got us seen by a paramedic since the clinic was at full capacity THANK YOU SO MUCH
