i have been on large amounts of medications for 37 years, different packaging and hard to open foil packs is at times very challenging but of all these i mention your medication foil packs regarding TRAJENTA ( LINAGLIPTIN ) are the very worst i have ever come across. i am totaly unable to open to be able to take my daily dose of of this medication and have to revert of trying to open with a small sharp knife, tweezes, small screwdriver and still unable to open. i understand the need for safety of children trying to enter medication package and protect tham but why is yours so so made to the spec of extra extra hard silver foil to enter. many many other meds i take seem to have the ballance of safety for a patient to open without difficulty, your meds mentioned above are without doubt in possible to enter and making my life hell.
