Very accessible, and plenty of parking options nearby, I actually parked right outside the front entrance.
Only came for COVID booster, but was greeted in warm, friendly manner, and was in and gone in 10 minutes. They also
advertise reglazing your specs with new prescription lenses, which I will investigate further. All round, a pleasant experience.

Rang because the wrong instructions were put on medication boxes so requested either a letter to confirm they could be given at a different time or new prescription labels put on. Was told that carers can just change medication whenever they are needed. I didn’t realise carers were qualified doctors or pharmacists. Ended up engaging with 2 very rude members of staff who hung up on me in the end after a simple request as they didn’t have “time” to talk to me anymore. A new pharmacy has now been sourced. So unprofessional and rude. Never come across such behaviour. Especially when they made the error in the first place.

Dispensed medicine for my 10 month old baby at 10 times the dose prescribed. I am reporting them to the General Pharmaceutical Council as a matter of urgency. Check medicines carefully and request to be dispensed elsewhere in the meantime. Enormous risk to the public here.

Dangerously incompetent. 3 times now I've received a brand of medication I'm allergic too. (Thankfully noticed before taking it) So I took it back today to complain. Their attitude was really unprofessional, rude and concerning. They told me to reorder, but then went on to say the note stated it was a preference not a allergy? . (even though I have emails to them fully explaining the allergy to them numerous times) Even if it were a preference they should still ask if its okay when giving out the wrong medication. But the fact that they cant get an allergy over a preference right is really dangerous! They told me to get my prescriptions elsewhere if unhappy. Don't worry I will!!!!

My sister recently moved from cohens delivery as she is housebound and has had no end of trouble getting prescriptions delivered. This new chemist has been a breath of fresh air.
