Good- some staff are excellent, punctual, friendly, professional and try their best; great location but parking for your health appointment is charged and expensive; nice facilities.
Needs improvement- poor leadership; inconsistent service: one deliberately unhelpful staff member uses passive aggressive tactics to avoid work/keep patients away; lack of follow-up with timely health services, following diagnoses; poor internal communications for follow-up, with no accountability for lack of follow-up; and questionable training, resulting in some unsafe diagnoses by ANPs. Erratic local care home support, with no GP attendance since Lockdown. No transparency over GP average salary.

So far a argumentative receptionist. That was socialpathic to my needs. Telling me what they cannot do over what they can do. I have not even met my doctor yet because I don't want to attend a doctors where the receptionist pushes people's buttons in person and or over the phone

Waited in the queue for a while, which don't bother me but then being told they are only excepting emergencies, I said blisters are appearing all over my hands, I got told to take a photos and send them through, no one told me how to send pictures through and they hung up, i haven't received an email or any link to send photos, theres really no point in trying to get help from the doctors anymore in the past when my kids have been ill I've phoned and been told I'll get call back and never did. I'm about ready to give up on this health care center.

Terrible service from the receptionist. Tried to query to book a blood test that the hospital told me to do with the GP and had the receptionist moaning on the phone about the hospital. I have a lifelong illness that I’ve been trying to get treatment for years. I’ve never dealt with such rude, insensitive, unprofessional and inappropriate individuals.

Spent best part of an hour in a queue on the phone to make an appointment, when I finally got through I was told I couldn’t make an appointment, I had to have a telephone consultation, and someone would call me back.
Later that afternoon someone called me back for the telephone consultation, and told me I needed to make an appointment!! Which they couldn’t do!! So I had to ring back, only to find another queue! So I drove there to make the appointment.
To cap it all, my wife and daughter came out after attending the appointment quite upset, as the person they saw seemed disbelieving and dismissive, so we’re no further forward, despite having spent and wasted a lot of time getting this far. A very poor and frustrating experience.

Had a dr appointment for him to usher me back out of his door within 30 seconds before I could even get in any words regarding my problems and issues and he took one look at my notes and told me I'm fine.
Later I rung to try make a complaint regarding my care from Dr and want a second opinion for the receptionist to tell me its not important and continued to interrupt me while I was speaking to then go 'ah ah ah IM speaking!' With full intent to treat me like I was a 5 year old child. Disgusting service from all round. If I could change Dr's or afford private I would NOT come back here!!

I submitted an e-consult form at midday today and by 3 pm I had a reply and a prescription send to my pharmacy in Yarmouth. Fantastic service. Thank you
