Definitely one of the better GP surgeries I have been a part of. Their receptionists are incredibly competent. Especially one by the name of Serena (sp?). Genuinely lovely people with kind demeanours. Their various doctors are also incredibly good. I've had multiple appointments with Dr Ghosh and recently Dr Khoujali and I've never felt as if my concerns were dismissed.

Only issue is that they really only do same-day appointments and unless you call at 8am, you're probably not getting one that day. Althought you can get one for later in the week if you're lucky. But you're best off trying to get an appointment for that same-day. Not getting a same-day is very rare from my own experience and I've been a patient here for 5 years now!

Receptionists are so rude, you can never get an appointment no matter how many times you call what days you call even if it's for a baby they tell you to ring 111 or go to walk in center I have never known anything like this service.

I have been with Brookroyd for 16 years and cannot fault the service I have received for many acute health issues. Every member of staff from reception and clerical to nurses and doctors have been great. Dr Myers is excellent and one of the best GP's I've ever seen, sadly now retired. I have also seen Dr Ghosh on several occasions and more recently Dr Malloy who are also both great. Unfortunately I have now moved to Bradford so had to leave the surgery but I would recommend to anyone.

I moved to this practice almost 20 years ago and i have never regretted it. I always get a same day appointment and the Doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. My mum has recently moved too and so has my Grandad. Complaints that had my grandad housebound and deteriorating were neglected by previous Doctor. These have now been diagnosed and addressed by Brookroyd and he is now improving within just 2 weeks of being with Brookroyd. Would definitely recommend.

absolutely disgusting receptionist!! went to phone for my 9 week old baby they turned me away and told me to A&E, everytime i phone there’s never no appointments! always “go to a&e” really needs sorting out.

Been with them 39 years recently they decided I was outside service area even though I've lived at current address for 38 years. I've nothing but praise for this surgery over the years Dr Youd Dr Myers excellent. More recently Dr Ghosh really going that extra mile. Finally Dr Emma Malloy suburb. I hope my new surgery is just as good.

This is one of the best surgeries around 10 years ago when Finley and Youd was thinking of retirement i thought this is not good every body would want to go to myres another one of the excellent doctors. Well they retired, I went to myres thinking the new doctors would be not know my history. Myres not there a few days so had to see Dr Zaman excellent doctor. Then Dr Kadhim another excellent doctor. The telephone system can be a joke but it is not as bad people on ere are making out
