Absolutely disgraceful doctors, I had to beg for an appointment over two days as they wouldn’t take me seriously and when I got one they didn’t sign my prescription off on a Friday evening so I had to go all weekend without, I’m pregnant so a pharmacy couldn’t help.
I had to visit the pharmacy three times and call twice to keep checking if my prescription had been sent, when I called the surgery to ask for it to be signed off they said it would at the end of the day when the surgery was closed and then way do you know, it never was.
What kind of doctor doesn’t sign off all prescriptions by the weekend when they’ll be closed, it’s terrible.
They are a terrible doctors I can’t wait to leave after the birth of my child because I certainly wouldn’t trust them with looking after my child.

incompetent attitude to solving the issue of providing medical care. They just ignore you. Not a hint of the ability to think about something that is not according to the protocol, it seems that these people do not know anything other than prescribing antibiotics... in the two years of my experience with this surgery, I have taken as many antibiotics as I have ever taken in my entire life... none other therapy...it's horrible...

Their online systems allow quick access to a response. Thorough and efficient. They also use a lot of services to preempt potential worsening conditions. They are a good team doing a good job ?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been with this surgery my whole life. They used to be a decent surgery once upon a time. Now you can't get an appointment, in fact you're lucky if you are able to speak to anyone at all. I get recalled for tests they aren't supposed to do, they can waste my time dragging me in, but if I actually need an appointment? Forget it. I tried to do an online referral for my husband, after they refused to help him when he called the day before, online forms open at 7.45, bang on that time demand is too high to even allow the form to be completed. It says ring for urgent assistance but you can't do that without waiting ages in the queue and they don't want to assist when you do get through. I understand there is pressure on the NHS, but surely surgery's being run in this manner doesn't help.

Absolutely appalling treatment I had with a doctor at this surgery. Refused to do blood tests when needed. I was told by the doctor to pay privately to get them done.

Do not go anywhere near this so called surgery. You will be much sicker than before you joined. Go somewhere else. The Rceptionists are very rude and seem to think that they are the ones that know what's best for you!
